Shipping policy

• All orders to the lower 48 states of the US ship for free when you spend $100 or more. 
• We want to get you your elderberry products quickly, but we're also a small business and do all the shipping ourselves. To the best of our ability orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days of being placed.*

*Please note, due to extenuating circumstances of historic winter weather the week of Jan 24, 2026, we are asking customers to be patient. Shipments will go out as quickly as possible, but we anticipate it may take 5-7 business days to ship.

• Orders are typically sent with priority mail options which generally arrive within 3-5 days of the shipment drop off. Note this may be slightly longer during the winter holiday season.
  
  
• If your order requested regional delivery or an in-town pick up, we will be in touch promptly to discuss the details.
  
  
• Sometimes orders get stuck in transit. If you've been waiting for more than a week for your order and the tracking updates aren't clear on an ETA, please reach out to brewnaturals@gmail.com and we'll investigate for you.
